Register for space as an Exhibitor at WasabiCon.
Vendor space is still available for WasabiCon 2026. However, spaces sell out each year, so we recommend applying as early as possible.
Please read the Exhibitor Policies before applying to make sure you can adhere to the Artist Alley expectations.
Part of the WasabiCon experience is shopping in an exhibit hall filled with merchandise for fans of anime, manga, movies, music, tabletop gaming, video games, and other geek-centric interests. Each year, we carefully manage applications to help ensure that no single type of vendor dominates the showroom floor and to cultivate a diverse mix of businesses.
Interested in being part of it? Apply for one booth—or up to four—and you could join this year’s Exhibitors Hall.

Waitlist?! Don’t panic!
All applications for WasabiCon Vendor spaces are initially placed on a waitlist so our team has time to review each submission. This process helps us maintain a diverse mix of businesses and merchandise and create a better experience for artists, vendors, and attendees.
Once your application is approved, your payment will be processed immediately. Approval may occur several weeks after you apply due to the number of applications we receive, so please use a credit card that will remain active during the review period. If your payment is declined when processed, you may lose your place in the approval queue and need to apply again.

WasabiCon 2026 Vendor booths are $700 each. Each booth includes:
- All processing fees.
- One (1) 10′ × 10′ space (100 square feet).
- One (1) table.
- Two (2) chairs.
- Two (2) Vendor badges.
- One (1) Wi-Fi connection.
Booth placement is determined at WasabiCon’s discretion based on several factors, including maintaining a balanced mix of artists, exhibitors, and vendors throughout the event space. Corner booth placement is reserved for event partners and sponsors and is not otherwise guaranteed.
Additional Vendor badges, limited to one (1) per booth space, may be purchased on-site.
Closer to the event, approved vendors will receive load-in information with additional details regarding parking, power, and internet access.
The Vendors Room has sold out in previous years, so we recommend applying as early as possible.
