WasabiCon boasts the largest tabletop gaming room of any pop culture convention in North Florida. With over 10,000 square feet of space dedicated exclusively to board games, CCGs, TCGs, RPGs, and practically anything involving dice, cards, and creativity – the WasabiCon Tabletop Game Room located in the Grand Lobby is where attendees go to find demos, pick up games, and select vendors chosen to enhance your analog gaming experience.
Those interested in being a part of this area of the event can do so in one of four ways:
Tabletop Game Room Vendor
SOLD OUT. Similar to the Vendor Spaces in the Exhibitors Hall, we have four (4) spaces dedicated for vendors in the Tabletop Game Room.
Like standard Vendor Spaces, they include:
- One (1) 10’x10′ space. (100 square feet.)
- One (1) table.
- Two (2) chairs.
- Two (2) Vendor Badges.
- One (1) Wi-fi connection.
Additionally, these spaces also include:
- Additional display and storage space. Each Tabletop Vendor is set up in front of a small alcove adding extra square footage.
- Longer hours! The Tabletop Game Room closes no less than one hour after the Exhibitors Hall on Friday, and no less than two hours after the Exhibitor Hall on Saturday. (Actual hours TBD.)
WasabiCon Tabletop Game Room Vendor Booths are $725.00 each. This includes the price of the space and all processing fees.
Waitlist?! Don’t panic! All applications for WasabiCon Vendors Space are placed on a waitlist so that our team has time to review each application. This helps us determine that your business’s theme is inline with our Tabletop Game Room. Please note that, once approved, your payment will be PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY. This may happen weeks after applying (we have a large number of applications to review) so please make sure you apply with a credit card that will remain active during this time. If, when processed, your payment is declined, you may lose your place in the approval queue and will have to apply again.

Tabletop Game Room Dedicated Event Space Host
SOLD OUT. Are you looking for a dedicated space to use exclusively during our 3-day event to host games and showcase your business? Securing Dedicated Event Space comes with the responsibility of hosting content during the convention, but it also means:
- You have two tables – either two (2) rounds tables or two (2) 8′ long tables or a combination of both – that are dedicated for your use! You can set up signage, decorations, flyers, etc. exclusive to your brand/store/business at your tables. No programming, except what you add to the schedule, will be hosted in your space.
- You can charge for events. While the sale of merchandise is limited to Vendor Space, you can charge to gaming events and even include copies of games, booster packs, etc. in the purchase! You are responsible for all ticket sales for your events, but we will make sure they are listed with links to buy in the WasabiCon app (and schedule) if submitted no later than two weeks before the convention.
WasabiCon Tabletop Game Dedicated Spaces are $200.00 each. This includes the price of the space and all processing fees.

Tabletop Game Content Runner
As Jacksonville, Florida’s largest pop culture event, WasabiCon boasts hundreds of hours or programming each year. If you’re interested in hosting content in our Tabletop Game Room, you will receive a free badge for every eight (8) hours your provide – up to two (2) badges for sixteen hours.
- One game for two (2) hours + one game over six (6) hours. We’re looking at you Twilight Imperium hosts.
- Two games at four (4) hours each.
- Four games at (2) hours each.
- Eight games at (1) hour each.
PLEASE NOTE: If you’ve hosted games for us in the past, you will receive a complimentary pass for participating in your eight (8) hours in advance without the need to apply for a reimbursement.

Tabletop Game Library and/or Prize Donation
WasabiCon’s in-house game library boasts almost one hundred games that attendees can check out during the convention. Each year we retire some games, and add new ones, too! If you’d like to be considered for being marketed as a Tabletop Game Room Partner on this page and during the convention, please email TabletopJAX@WasabiCon.com so we can discuss opportunities.
