Artists and creators of original content are an important part of the fan convention experience. Each year, WasabiCon supports creative individuals and small businesses by offering discounted space to sell commissions, prints, and other handcrafted goods. Please note that commercially packaged or mass-produced retail merchandise is not permitted in the Artist Alley and should instead be sold in the Vendors area.
Waitlist?! Don’t panic!
All applications for WasabiCon Artist Alley spaces are initially placed in a review queue so our team has time to evaluate each submission. This process helps us maintain a diverse mix of art styles and merchandise and create a better experience for artists, vendors, and attendees.
Once your application is approved, your payment will be processed immediately. Approval may occur several weeks after you apply due to the number of applications we receive, so please use a credit card that will remain active during the review period. If your payment is declined when processed, you may lose your place in the approval queue and need to apply again.

WasabiCon 2026 Artist Alley spaces are $300 each. Each space includes:
- All processing fees.
- One (1) 8′ × 6′ space (48 square feet).
- One (1) 6′ table.
- Two (2) chairs.
- Two (2) Artist badges.
- One (1) Wi-Fi connection.
Artist placement is determined at WasabiCon’s discretion based on several factors, including maintaining a balanced mix of artists, exhibitors, and vendors throughout the event space.
Closer to the event, approved artists will receive load-in information with additional details regarding parking, power, and internet access.
Artist Alley has sold out in previous years, so we recommend applying as early as possible.
