Everything You Need to Know for WasabiCon 2017
WasabiCon 2017 is here! We’ve put together this handy dandy guide to answer (hopefully) all the most frequently asked questions.
WASABICON
WasabiCon is a two day pop culture celebration taking place October 21-22, 2017 (Saturday and Sunday) and the Lexington Hotel & Conference Center – Jacksonville Riverwalk located at 1515 Prudential Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32207. The event is predominantly all ages and family friendly with a select few events restricted to 18+/21+. Attendees have access to artists, vendors, celebrity guests, video games, tabletop games, a viewing room, and much more throughout the weekend.
TICKETS
Tickets are on sale at the door: $30 for Saturday; $20 for Sunday; $40 for the weekend. Cash and credit are accepted at the door. Prices include tax.
PARKING
Parking is available at the conference center for $5 a day.
SCHEDULE

MERCHANDISE
WasabiCon t-shirts will be on sale for $20 each. Sizes are unisex and range from Small to XXXL. Inventory is limited – so we suggest buying early. In addition to t-shirts, the official Wasabizilla Meeple will be for sale for $2 each.Cash and credit are accepted. Prices include tax.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Your ticket to WasabiCon covers access to practically everything at the convention. Exceptions to this include pre-/post off site parties at other local venues, autograph fees from celebrity guests, and workshops fees – such as Paint Your Own My Little Pony.
SAFETY
WasabiCon, the Lexington, and Green Mustard Entertainment all take our attendees safety seriously. As such, security measures are in place for the weekend including, but not limited to, on site law enforcement officer’s from the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office.
